Enjoying Wine(aux) Country Eye Candy!

Once I realized that I had tasted over thirty wines on just the FIRST DAY, I knew that I was just beginning to kick back and relax and that would be the case for the rest of the weekend. And it was. Yeah. It was that nice.
I did take copious notes, but one thing I didn’t elaborate on in my notes was the scenery. I can’t even begin to tell you how gorgeous the landscapes were. Whether it was the backdrop of the late autumn hills of the Paso Robles vineyards, the beautiful ocean view of the San Luis Bay, or the enchanting Disneyesque streets of Solvang, it was a weekend filled with with, well, *eye candy*! Before I even begin to talk about the wineries and the wines, I wanted to give you just a peek at some of the visual lusciousness we got to enjoy. I took nearly 400 photos. Fear not - many of them were of the ground, the inside of my backpack, unfocused (they looked focused at the time), or otherwise imperfect. These are just a few and are not set to music.
You can click Hans Christian Andersen and Don’s photo (that was completely unstaged … I couldn’t pass up the opportunity), or Click Here to go the slideshow where you can enjoy the views! This will open a new window.
I will share a bit more on the trip in the coming days, but let your eyeballs be caressed at the photos. Remember, this is just a little Kodak camera - nothing fancy. The scenery speaks for itself.
